There have been many stories in the news lately about Foreign Accent Syndrome.
Foreign Accent Syndrome is when someone suddenly and involuntarily begins speaking with a new and foreign accent. This sometimes occurs after a stroke or head injury and it can be upsetting to the victim’s identity.
